The Pinnacle (Helter Skelter Building) is a sky scraper currently under construction in the City of London, Britain’s financial hub. The building construction began in 2008, however is currently at a stand still due to inefficient monetary backing. When ( if ) completed, it will be Europe’s third tallest building after Moscow’s Mercury City Tower and The Shard (also in London).
